A core part of our Services is the Vanelton ID, our universal account system. Your Vanelton ID lets you access various Vanelton Media services with a single login.

  • Volcam Studios (Games and game-related apps – uses Vanelton ID for saves/profiles)
  • LaxsrAI (AI for everyone – accessed via Vanelton ID)
  • Vanelton AI (AI tools for developers – accessed via Vanelton ID)
  • Vanelton Gamedev (Games by Vanelton Junior – may use Vanelton ID)
  • 1101 Productions (Games by Lucas de Morais – may use Vanelton ID)
  • Open Vanelton Media / Open (Where we share some of our code building blocks)
  • Vanelton Media Console (Platform for developers, accessed via Vanelton ID)

This policy is for everyone who uses our Services, including the Vanelton ID system.

Quick Heads-Up: By using our Services (including creating or using a Vanelton ID), you’re telling us you’re okay with how we collect and use your info as described here. We get it if you don’t agree with every single thing. However, if you choose not to agree, some parts of our Services might not work for you, or you might not be able to use them at all. Just wanted to be upfront about that!

  • Profile Info: Want to make your profile more you? You can add things like a profile picture, nickname, your interests, and what you like or don’t like to your Vanelton ID profile. This is usually optional.
  • Payment Details: If you buy something or subscribe (perhaps through a service linked to your Vanelton ID), we’ll need payment info (like credit card numbers). Don’t worry, this is handled by secure payment partners, not stored directly by us in most cases.
  • Your Preferences: We keep track of your settings and preferences linked to your Vanelton ID, including content choices and ad settings, so we can make things more relevant across different Services.
  • When You Talk to Us: If you contact our support team (maybe about your Vanelton ID or another service), we’ll have the info you share in that conversation (like your name, email, phone number, and the message itself).

We will clearly tell you what information will be shared before you approve the connection.
  • Our Control & Certification: We take this seriously. Developers who want to use the Vanelton ID login must go through a manual approval process with strict quality control checks by Vanelton Media. We aim to ensure they are committed to handling user data responsibly.
  • Their Responsibility: However, once you authorize the connection and your information is shared with the third-party developer, their use of your data is governed by their own privacy policy and practices. While we certify them, Vanelton Media is not responsible for how they independently collect, use, or share your information after you’ve logged into their service. We encourage you to review their privacy policy before connecting your Vanelton ID.

d) Legal Reasons:

If the law requires it (like a court order or subpoena), or if we genuinely believe it’s necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request, we may have to share your info, including Vanelton ID details.
