LaxsrAI: Focused on making artificial intelligence accessible to a broad audience, LaxsrAI provides AI-driven solutions for everyone. Access to LaxsrAI’s services is seamlessly managed through your Vanelton ID.
Vanelton AI: This specialized division offers advanced AI tools and resources specifically tailored for developers. Access to these powerful development tools is also facilitated and secured via your Vanelton ID.
Vanelton Gamedev: Representing games developed by Vanelton Junior, this division may also integrate with the Vanelton ID system to enhance user experience and provide unified access to its offerings.
1101 Productions: This division encompasses games developed by Lucas de Morais. Similar to Vanelton Gamedev, 1101 Productions may utilize the Vanelton ID for user authentication and related features.
Open Vanelton Media / Open: This initiative serves as a platform where we openly share certain foundational code blocks and development components. While not directly tied to individual user accounts, it represents our commitment to community and open-source contributions.
Vanelton Media Console: This is our dedicated platform for developers, providing a centralized hub for managing projects, accessing APIs, and utilizing developer tools. Access to the Vanelton Media Console is exclusively granted and managed through your Vanelton ID.

The extensive array of services encompassed by these Terms of Use includes, but is not expressly limited to, the following categories:

All interactive entertainment products (e.g., games) that are either developed directly by Vanelton Media or published under our brand, including those originating from our specialized divisions such as Volcam Studios, Vanelton Gamedev, and 1101 Productions.
Any products or services that are published and distributed by Vanelton Media on behalf of independent third-party developers, where we act as a facilitating partner.
A comprehensive suite of developer services and solutions, which includes, but is not limited to, robust authentication systems, secure data storage mechanisms, and various other essential tools (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Developer Services”). This category explicitly includes services provided through the Vanelton Media Console and the specialized tools offered by Vanelton AI.
Artificial Intelligence solutions designed for direct use by end-users, such as those provided by our LaxsrAI division.

By actively accessing, browsing, registering for, or otherwise utilizing any of our aforementioned services, you hereby signify your full, unconditional, and legally binding agreement to these Terms of Use. Your continued use of our Services constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these terms.

Business Solutions: These are distinct applications or WebApps that have been specifically designed, developed, and offered by Vanelton Media with the explicit intent for business use and commercial deployment.
Open Source: Any of our products or services that have been officially released under an open-source license (such as those available through the Open Vanelton Media initiative) are permitted for commercial use, subject to the terms of their specific open-source license.

Additionally, it is important to note that if you have been previously suspended or permanently removed from accessing or using any of our Services for any reason, you will not be permitted to use them again under any circumstances. The use of a single Vanelton ID account by multiple individuals or organizations for accessing solutions such as the developer panel, frameworks, and APIs is strictly forbidden. Any violation of this policy may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of the associated account without prior notice.

License Grant and Restrictions

Our services, including all content, software, and underlying technology, are meticulously protected by copyright laws, trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights. By using our Services, you explicitly agree to comply with all applicable intellectual property laws and regulations, both domestically and internationally.

Unless you have obtained prior, explicit, and written authorization from Vanelton Media & Software, any form of modification, sale, resale, or commercial use of our services or products that are not expressly identified as exceptions within these Terms of Use is strictly and unequivocally prohibited. Frameworks and APIs provided through the developer panel as solutions: These specific tools and resources, made available via the Vanelton Media Console, are expressly permitted for commercial use, enabling developers to integrate our technology into their commercial applications.
Products or services released under an open-source license: Any of our products or services that have been officially released and distributed under a recognized open-source license are permitted for commercial use, free distribution, and modification, subject to the specific terms and conditions stipulated by their respective open-source licenses.

Payments and Financial Transactions
